The stay was enhanced by the stunning lake view, a spacious and clean room, and very helpful staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping provided excellent service during my stay. The breakfast offered a good range of options, although it could benefit from more variety. The hotel was also well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the nearby promenade walk was a highlight of the experience.

Beautiful hotel, stunning view, especially from the sun terrace with breathtaking scenery of the lake and mountains nearby, and the complimentary local transport pass provided a fantastic way to explore the area effortlessly.

The absence of air conditioning was a significant drawback, especially during a heat wave, leaving the room uncomfortably stuffy. Fans were scarce, which made the situation worse, and returning to a room lacking basic amenities like proper furniture only added to the discomfort. The breakfast selection was limited and not up to par, with several items that seemed spoiled, which was disappointing given that they had a pancake machine. Additionally, navigating the hotel's layout required going up and down multiple floors just to reach the restaurant or lobby, which felt unnecessarily complicated.

Couple's nice stay

The hotel needs some renovation but it has potential, the location is awesome right by the lakeside. We booked the room with a lake view, highly recommend it, it made every morning special. The breakfast could use a bit of work, but the kitchen was impressive with the specialties at dinner.

That view from the balcony? Straight-up gorgeous. The staff treated us like gold, showing us that lake right away. Breakfast was decent, though coulda used more variety. A bit of noise from the dining area at times, but nothing crazy. Gardens were beautiful, perfect for chillin' after a long day. Wish the bathroom had a window, though.

Room had a stunning lake view and was very clean, which was a big plus. It felt roomy enough but definitely a bit plain. The balcony had enough space for us to chill and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The only downside was the maid service. sometimes it was a bit late in the day. Still, I’d say it was a solid spot for relaxing after exploring Montreux.
